| I’m a voyeur. Constantly peeking at people and their lives. I am fascinated by the human condition- the play of emotions and its effects on the human body and spirit. Facial expressions burn lasting images in my minds eye. It’s therefore only natural that I should try to replicate these in my art. Mask making, as it is done in most traditional cultures, is my forte. My masks are wearable and decorative, with universal themes as well as my own quirky interpretations. |
